History Of P90X And How Tony Horton Invented The Most Effective 90 Days Fitness Program
 Tony Horton, the inventor of P90X has undergone a carrier in Personal Training ad he had developed a series of home fitness program. In 1998 he developed ‘Great Body Guaranteed’ with Debbie Seibers. Then he developed a fitness program for Cardiovascular with Strength Training and the program name is ‘Power90 In-Home Boot Camp’. Then he finally evolved 12 Fitness Exercises called Periodization or Muscle Confusion and made a Fitness Program for about 90 days. He tested this program with many people and he further refined the system with more effective and different exercises.
